TRAVEL INTO YOU

A Travel Into You workshop is an interactive personal development workshop designed to foster self-awareness through play, creativity and reflection.

Using a combination of creative games, guided writing, group discussions and reflective exercises, participants are invited to explore themselves in a curious, engaging and often unexpected way.

​

The workshop offers a pause from everyday responsibilities and a space to reconnect with what matters, within a small group setting that encourages both personal reflection and meaningful connection with others.

​Themes may include:

• Self-awareness through play

• Identifying your strengths

• Career and life transitions

• Values and meaningful life design

• Belonging and connection

• Exploring your next steps

The workshop can be adapted to different audiences and contexts, including universities, international communities, retreats, wellbeing events and personal development programmes.

I have facilitated workshops and interactive sessions for organisations and events such as City Central, GSMS (Graduate School of Medical Sciences of the University of Groningen), Gopher (Groningen Organisation for PhD Education and Recreation), PhD Day Groningen and the ENABLE (European Academy for Biomedical Science) Network.

Having worked as a scientific researcher for many years, I became increasingly curious about how life and career transitions could feel less lonely and more supported. Much of my work is therefore inspired by the belief that self-awareness, play and meaningful conversations can help us navigate periods of change with greater clarity and confidence.

My experience is particularly rooted in academic and international communities, although the workshops can be tailored to a wide variety of groups and settings.​​​​
